What you'll do

• Maintain plant equipment, including pump and valve systems
• perform scheduled and emergency repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• read manuals and work orders
• diagnose and repair equipment
• operate plant equipment, open and close valves, inspect tanks, weigh trucks, and load emulsion trucks as needed
• maintain safe, orderly work areas.
