What you'll do

• Build backend services and integrations connecting Sapience AI to customer CRM, AMS, knowledge-base, and identity systems
• develop reliable data ingestion and transformation pipelines
• integrate deployment-specific logic with MINERVA and COGENT
• protect customer data and implement access requirements
• instrument production systems for monitoring and debugging
• turn recurring deployment needs into reusable connectors and platform improvements
• collaborate with field, platform, and customer engineering teams.
