What you'll do

• Operate, maintain, and optimize mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety, elevator, and escalator systems
• operate and tune building automation and energy-management systems
• manage preventive and predictive maintenance
• maintain equipment records and work orders
• lead, schedule, train, and mentor maintenance technicians
• manage vendors and contractors
• maintain code and safety compliance
• lead after-hours and emergency response
• support maintenance budgets and risk assessments
• respond to tenant service requests.
