What you'll do

• Assess, document, and plan care for adult Med Surg Tele patients
• monitor telemetry, vital signs, and patient status and escalate changes
• administer medications and therapies, maintain IV therapy, and provide basic wound care
• collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the multidisciplinary team
• document in the electronic medical record
• maintain safety and infection-control standards
• respond to call lights and emergencies.
