The Registered Nurse (RN) – Initial Assessments role is onsite in Jarrettsville, MD, with a flexible schedule. Pay is $35 per hour. Just-In Home Care provides home-care services to clients and families. The nurse completes in-home assessments and develops individualized care plans, then supports consistent, safe care by orienting and checking caregivers, monitoring client status, documenting changes, and coordinating with the care team.

What you'll do

• Complete in-home RN assessments and create individualized care plans with client and family approval
• orient caregivers to care plans and perform field competency checks
• track vital signs, condition changes, and interventions in a HIPAA-secure EMR
• escalate concerns
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, and schedulers
• maintain audit-ready client files
• collect initial service payments
• follow state home-care regulations.
