What you'll do

• Lead resident relations and service improvement
• coordinate department heads and monitor resident care
• oversee nursing services if applicable
• conduct rounds and quality assurance
• maintain regulatory relationships
• oversee facility management and safety
• support budgets and move-in/move-out decisions
• develop and monitor operating budgets and P&L
• manage inventory and contracted services
• maintain occupancy
• oversee recruitment, training, coaching, and associate relations
• lead community marketing and referral relationships.
