What you'll do

• Manage construction litigation matters from inception through resolution
• represent clients in construction defect, construction defense, and related civil disputes
• draft pleadings, motions, and filings
• conduct legal research, discovery, and depositions
• appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• develop litigation strategy and work directly with clients.
