What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on tractors, trailers, containers, and other transportation equipment
• inspect and diagnose brakes, engines, electrical components, steering, transmissions, and tires
• maintain service records
• test-drive trucks before and after repairs
• follow DOT standards and company safety procedures.
