The role supports United Flow Technologies' effort to establish a consistent operating model across its acquired brands in the municipal and industrial water and wastewater market. The manager turns lead-to-invoice assessment recommendations into implemented processes, beginning with the Dallas pilot and then creating a repeatable approach for additional brand clusters. The work helps align current and newly acquired brands, improve operations, and scale process changes while maintaining commercial activity.

What you'll do

• Own execution of the Dallas pilot, translating assessment recommendations into processes, trained staff, and measurable outcomes. Develop and maintain pilot SOPs and training materials
• establish and track KPIs and escalate gaps and risks. Capture the pilot as a repeatable framework and apply it to new clusters. Create implementation plans for current brands and alignment plans for acquired brands
• deliver SOP training and coordinate with IT and finance on data, systems, and accounting needs. Identify, prioritize, test, document, and track process improvements across sales, lead management, quoting, order entry, contract administration, invoicing, and back-office support.
