Part-Time Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• prepare quotations and process invoices
• assist with order inquiries
• identify customer needs and recommend products and services
• provide uniform sizing and fittings
• replenish inventory and monitor floor stock
• update product pricing and information in NetSuite
• use Excel and Office applications for data entry, reporting, and records
• maintain confidential information
• assist with office duties and administrative projects.
