What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment
• coordinate background checks, I-9 completion, and onboarding
• run the annual performance cycle and coach managers
• handle employee questions, investigations, corrective action, and separations
• maintain the employee handbook and site policies
• coordinate the holiday schedule, benefits, leave, and unemployment claims
• maintain confidential, audit-ready records
• prepare monthly people reports
• align site practices with Corporate HR
• lead engagement and retention initiatives.
