What you'll do

• Coordinate proposals, statements of qualifications, and prequalification submissions to meet RFP/RFQ requirements
• manage schedules, page layout, writing, proofreading, formatting, and submission
• prepare interview materials
• write and edit marketing collateral, presentations, and award submissions
• publish, package, and deliver proposals
• update templates and project sheets
• maintain searchable proposal information in the company database
• gather content from project managers, technical staff, and marketing staff
• work within a CRM system
• drive long distances and deliver proposals as required.
