• Assess workforce structures, staffing models, competencies, readiness requirements, constraints, and organizational impacts
• translate workforce data into simulation requirements and analytical outputs
• develop readiness dashboards and decision-support tools
• create and deliver role-aligned training and knowledge-transfer materials
• evaluate training effectiveness
• coordinate adoption, transition, and sustainment activities with government users and technical teams.
