Foreman Tower Technician

Job overview

The Foreman Tower Technician role is onsite in Columbiana, OH, with travel required at least 50% of the time. Pay is $28–$36 per hour. What you'll do

• Plan and assign daily crew tasks
• lead job-site safety efforts, including tailgates, JSAs, and hazard mitigation
• oversee top-side and ground-level work against drawings and specifications
• communicate documentation and deliverable expectations
• manage daily reports, time sheets, and closeout packages
• train and evaluate crew members
• serve as the on-site contact for customers, management, and safety personnel
• monitor progress and assist with troubleshooting.
