What you'll do

• Assist with bell-ringer hiring paperwork, onboarding, schedules, and orientation
• deliver and collect kettles, stands, signs, toy bins, and Angel Tree tags
• assign workers to sites and coordinate volunteer use
• establish driver schedules and routes
• conduct worker spot checks and troubleshoot issues
• assist with bank deposits
• check toy bins at partner locations
• support the Adopt a Teen program
• help set up the toy room, organize volunteers, and execute toy distribution
• perform other seasonal duties as assigned.

Why this role

Temporary/seasonal, non-exempt position. Requires a valid Washington State driver’s license, in-house driving test and motor vehicle records check, background check, and ability to lift items. High school diploma required; six months of related experience required, with supervisory experience preferred.
