Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance requests involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting
• maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems
• repair fixtures, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors
• perform preventive maintenance and minor pool maintenance
• monitor outside vendors
• assist with landscaping, trash pickup, and sidewalk cleaning
• prepare units for new residents
• report safety issues.
