What you'll do

• Create and maintain clinician schedules based on authorizations, patient needs, referrals, priorities, and clinician availability. Manage staffing for assigned areas
• maintain patient and staffing logs and the electronic medical record
• keep field staff availability current
• communicate schedule updates to nurses
• coordinate routes
• and troubleshoot with nurses and patients. The role includes rotating weekend scheduling, frequent overtime, and on-call coordination duties.
