The Caregiver – Evening Positions role is onsite in Springfield, MO. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. Part-time hours are 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.; full-time hours are 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. Springhouse Village is an assisted living community where caregivers support residents in a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. The caregiver provides hands-on physical and emotional support while helping residents maintain independence, dignity, and safety. The role contributes to residents’ daily well-being by assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining clean spaces, and encouraging life enrichment activities.

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness of residents’ rooms and work areas
• help residents maintain independence, dignity, and physical safety
• assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and eating as instructed
• engage residents in life skills and life enrichment activities.
