The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs, document patient care, and educate caregivers.

What you'll do

• Deliver Physical Therapy services to patients to provide goal-directed activities for the improvement of function
• Evaluate, plan & implement the Treatment program
• Obtain relevant information from initial evaluation needed to establish goals leading to improved function
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and progresses patients to achieve goals
• Provide caretaker education necessary for carryover of therapy intervention.
