What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• perform nursing tasks including wound care, catheter insertion, and vital-sign monitoring
• develop and implement individualized care plans with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• monitor and document progress and changes in condition
• educate patients and families on disease management, medication use, and home care
• assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living as needed
• maintain compliant patient records
• collaborate with LPNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• respond to patient needs and changes in condition
• follow infection-control and safety procedures.
