What you'll do

• Oversee care, welfare, safety, and security
• supervise residential supervisors and direct-care staff
• manage schedules, staffing ratios, and overtime
• ensure daily documentation and timesheets are submitted
• monitor facility safety and maintenance
• participate in residential planning meetings
• support daily living skills and residents’ wellbeing
• recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
