What you'll do

• Lead and manage application, system, and technical support teams
• oversee system lifecycles, projects, and enhancements
• serve as the primary point of accountability for service delivery within the assigned portfolio
• partner with unit leadership to align technology support with priorities
• coordinate with other Technology Partnerships directors, OIT leadership, and external vendors to maintain consistent service and alignment with OIT standards.
