The Physical Therapist Floater - Central Suffolk is an onsite role based in Selden, NY, with travel throughout Central Suffolk. The base salary range is $100,000-$110,000 per year. Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a multidisciplinary company dedicated to creating bonds with patients and the community. This role exists to provide physical therapy coverage across all clinics in the Central Suffolk region. The therapist assesses patient strengths and weaknesses, devises creative treatment plans, and works within a supportive team environment to help patients achieve their functional goals.

What you'll do

• Evaluate a patient's need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
• Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
• Instruct family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
