Maintenance Technician — Spruce Run Community

The Maintenance Technician works onsite at the Spruce Run community in Clinton, NJ. The pay range is $25–$29 per hour. What you'll do

• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical systems
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• restore vacant apartments for new residents
• remove snow, ice, leaves, trash, and debris
• complete janitorial tasks
• patrol the property and address cleaning needs
• and respond to on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
