Senior Process Control Engineer

The role exists to maximize operational excellence by leading the application of process control best practices and automation strategies. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, reduce variability, and provide technical leadership for site-specific projects to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing.

• Lead and support process control best practices and network strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Provide technical leadership for PLC technicians and automation projects.
• Mentor other engineers and technicians.
• Build relationships with corporate resources and external technology suppliers.
