What you'll do

• Manage NASCAR partnership assets, calendars, and obligations
• support planning and onsite execution of race activations, hospitality, and events
• coordinate logistics and guest management
• collaborate with internal teams on marketing, retail, and activation needs
• communicate with teams, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders
• assist with purchase orders, invoices, budget tracking, vendor payments, and documentation
• collect metrics and support recaps and performance reporting.
