What you'll do

• Evaluate operational and financial viability of menu items, equipment, and process innovations
• assess labor, throughput, equipment use, complexity, and profitability
• analyze workflows and identify bottlenecks
• plan and evaluate store pilots
• gather feedback and analyze results
• collaborate with Operations, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Training, and Store Development
• prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations
• support procedures, training materials, and implementation plans.
