What you'll do

• Lead global cross-functional study teams and external vendor management
• plan and manage studies from feasibility through closeout
• oversee trial feasibility, allocation, site selection, startup, and activation
• maintain study timelines, plans, systems, training records, and Trial Master Files
• support data cleaning and clinical study report delivery
• monitor compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulations
• manage quality metrics, audits, risks, budgets, invoices, and resources
• coach and mentor junior team members.
