Mixer/Reactor Operator

What you'll do

• Review production schedules, batch tickets, and formulas
• verify raw materials have Quality Control approval
• weigh and add materials in sequence
• operate reactors, mixing vessels, pumps, and related equipment
• monitor temperature, mixing time, viscosity, agitation, and appearance
• document production data and approved adjustments
• transfer and package finished batches
• inspect and clean equipment
• maintain supplies and work areas
• report process or equipment issues.
