What you'll do

• Schedule client and caregiver shifts and manage client calendars
• coordinate with clients and caregivers
• update client and caregiver information in medical scheduling software
• answer calls and scheduling inquiries
• maintain HIPAA confidentiality
• process timesheets
• collaborate with administrative staff
• go to clients to provide care when a shift cannot be covered.
