What you'll do

• Round weekly at assigned facilities
• assess and diagnose patients through examination and/or telemedicine
• perform procedures such as debridement as needed
• collaborate with facility clinical staff
• explain diagnoses and treatment goals to patients
• document encounters in the APRIMA EMR
• facilitate referrals.
