What you'll do

• Exercise administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel as directed by the Administrator
• assist the Director of Nursing with nursing department operations
• lead and support nursing staff across shifts
• liaise with residents, families, and support departments to plan resident needs
• follow long-term care laws, regulations, and guidelines
• implement department programs, goals, policies, and procedures
• support state reporting and develop and implement plans of correction
• follow company policies and compliance procedures.
