What you'll do

• Conduct strategic client consultations
• guide clients through buying, selling, downsizing, and investing using roadmaps and market analyses
• collaborate with mortgage and insurance teams
• conduct annual home equity reviews and market updates
• draft, negotiate, and execute representation agreements, offers, and addenda
• follow team service-level procedures and maintain client lifecycle records in internal systems.
