What you'll do

• Partner with plant managers and operational leaders on production goals, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
• serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations across facilities
• conduct workplace investigations and recommend corrective actions
• coach managers on performance management and conflict resolution
• ensure employment-law compliance
• manage payroll, timekeeping, and HR data through ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage
• support compensation administration
• analyze workforce metrics
• maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity
• ensure consistent HR processes across sites.
