What you'll do

• Oversee nursing services, staffing, scheduling, and staff development

• monitor care quality and implement improvements
• maintain regulatory and industry compliance
• and participate in strategic planning and organizational decision-making. Requires a Registered Nurse license in good standing in New York State.
