The Security Officer – Hospital Customer Service Patrol role is onsite in Garfield Heights, OH, with a Monday–Wednesday and Sunday schedule from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.; pay is $16.00 per hour. The officer supports a healthcare location through Allied Universal’s security services. The officer conducts patrols, maintains a visible presence, and responds to security-related needs while assisting patients, visitors, and staff. The work helps deter incidents and maintain a welcoming, secure hospital environment.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following site procedures
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns and notify appropriate personnel
• conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and assist with directions and access control
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activities.
