The posting includes a rotating emergency on-call schedule.

What you'll do

• Complete apartment turns and renovations, including doors, cabinets, trim, drywall, painting, and finish work
• diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues
• complete work orders, typically within 24 hours
• participate in rotating emergency on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• support snow removal and seasonal property needs.
