The Senior Pastor role is onsite in Burlington, NC, at Union Ridge Church. The stated salary range is $80,000–$90,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead the church as its theological and spiritual head
• prepare and deliver weekly biblically based sermons
• coordinate worship elements with the Music Director and audio technician
• administer sacraments
• arrange guest speakers when absent
• officiate requested weddings, funerals, dedications, and baptisms
• provide pastoral and grief counseling and visit members who are ill, hospitalized, home-bound, or elderly
• serve on the Deacon and Official Boards and submit quarterly reports
• advise committees
• teach or facilitate classes and support children’s programs and faith development across generations
• develop program ministries and participate in community outreach.
