What you'll do

• Serve as senior Wi-Fi subject matter expert
• guide a 14-person team and act as Level 3 escalation point
• review technical changes, designs, and root-cause analyses
• coach and mentor engineers
• allocate technical work and support handovers
• own technical service quality
• drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes
• maintain runbooks and documentation
• work with telemetry on monitoring and dashboards
• oversee technical risk, firmware, patching, and lifecycle management
• align designs with standards and compliance controls
• engage clients and vendors.
