The Cook role is onsite at Skokie Country Club in Glencoe, IL. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The cook prepares the quality food the club is known for and supports kitchen service through careful station and food-safety practices.

What you'll do

• Set up and break down the station
• cook raw and prepared foods, including meat and eggs, to order
• label, date, and fill pans
• clean and organize refrigerators, cooler drawers, and dry storage
• take inventory and restock
• communicate with staff about product quality and ticket times
• and follow food safety and temperature standards. A current food handler certificate is required.
