What you'll do

• Deliver packages, goods, and furniture
• perform general maintenance including light, ceiling tile, minor plumbing, flooring, furniture, fixture, dispenser, and window repairs
• assist with event setup and breakdown
• carry an on-call pager in rotation
• clear snow from assigned areas
• perform grounds work and painting as directed.
