Construction Project Manager

The role contributes to high-quality projects delivered on time and on budget while supporting client satisfaction and strong trade-partner relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage client relationships and construction services
• communicate project information and facilitate biweekly client meetings
• create and manage schedules and budgets
• coordinate site supervisors
• manage project documentation, permits, and inspections
• prepare bid packages and review bids
• schedule subcontractors
• order materials and equipment
• review expenses
• prepare progress invoices and payments.
