What you'll do

• Assist with preparing meals, beverages, snacks, salads, and desserts
• prepare trays according to dietary orders
• load food carts and serve meals
• store and label food
• prepare for upcoming meals
• bus and clean tables
• wash, inspect, and store dishes and utensils
• clean kitchen areas and equipment
• maintain cleaning, temperature, and sanitation logs
• use cleaning chemicals safely
• report equipment malfunctions, hazards, and supply needs
• respond to call lights promptly when working in resident-care areas
• report resident concerns.
