Front Desk and Guest Service Agent – PM Shift

The Front Desk and Guest Service Agent role is onsite in Thatcher, AZ, with a 3 p.m.–11 p.m. PM shift. Pay is $15.15 per hour. The role supports hotel guests at SpringHill Suites in Thatcher. The agent handles guest arrivals, room assignments, requests, and questions while maintaining accurate records and cash transactions. The position contributes to a welcoming, organized hotel environment and may assist with breakfast replenishment and laundry as directed.

What you'll do

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
• handle guest records confidentially
• respond to requests and complaints
• answer and route calls
• manage cash drawer transactions
• maintain records and logs
• provide information about hotel services and directions
• assist with sales and marketing as directed
• handle wake-up call requests
• keep front desk, lobby, and common areas organized
• perform laundry functions as directed
• may assist with continental breakfast replenishment and cleaning.
