The PRN Residential Counselor role is onsite in West Chester, PA, paying $16.35 per hour, with PRN/per-diem shifts as needed. CareLink Community Support Services supports people with disabilities in living in the community with dignity and independence.

What you'll do

• Support daily living and recovery activities
• help develop and implement person-centered service plans
• teach and supervise daily living skills
• document progress and staff interventions
• assist with medication regimens, including PRN medications
• support meals, housekeeping, community access, and social activities
• and respond to safety or emergency situations.
