What you'll do

• Develop a knowledge management roadmap aligned with NCDIT goals
• build partnerships to source and validate information
• monitor public-sector practices and industry trends
• plan collaborative platforms such as SharePoint and Teams
• create plans to capture and preserve legacy knowledge
• establish policies for use, retention, and access
• evaluate knowledge management tools
• integrate knowledge resources with intranets, portals, and repositories
• maintain knowledge articles, guides, SOPs, and other digital assets
• coordinate with IT teams on knowledge systems.

Why this role
