What you'll do

• Evaluate non-emergency work requests, define scope, and inspect job locations
• estimate labor, parts, materials, equipment, and tools
• gather technical documentation and verify parts availability
• prioritize the work-order backlog and maintain the Ready Backlog at or above 80%
• conduct weekly planning and scheduling meetings with Production
• create technician schedules
• review maintenance metrics
• maintain records
• train site employees on CMMS.
