Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Respond to service requests and work orders
• inspect grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and major equipment
• respond to emergencies and know utility shutoffs, fire systems, and emergency contacts
• maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory
• instruct maintenance staff on safety gear and procedures
• perform other assigned duties.
