What you'll do

• Build a pipeline through new outreach, referrals, and cold prospecting
• manage deals from first conversation through signed contract
• learn the service portfolio and diagnose business technology needs
• represent the company at events and prospect meetings
• maintain customer accounts and seek referrals
• record conversations, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM.
