What you'll do

• Review, prepare, and serve meals according to planned menus, recipes, and special diet orders
• prepare substitute foods and bedtime snacks
• follow sanitation and infection-control procedures
• wash dishes and clean utensils
• deliver food carts and trays
• serve food and drinks
• sweep and mop kitchen and dish-room floors
• inspect food service areas and maintain supplies and equipment.
